GCC & International: Shipping fees calculated at checkout based on location and weight

To qualify for a return or exchange:
Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
Customized or engraved products are not eligible for return unless faulty
Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

💳 Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees will be refundable also.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
