We currently ship across the UAE, GCC countries, and select international destinations.

GCC Countries: 3–7 business days
International: 7–12 business days (subject to customs clearance)
Note: Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.

💸 Shipping Charges

UAE: Standard shipping charges of AED 30
GCC & International: Shipping fees calculated at checkout based on location and weight

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery in real time.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

📅 Return Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

✅ Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:
Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
Customized or engraved products are not eligible for return unless faulty
Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

💳 Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees will be refundable also.

🛡️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
