We deliver across the UAE, GCC, and select international countries. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Delays may occur due to customs or unforeseen events, which are beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged, and originally packaged products (exclusions apply for customized items). Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

Customized products (such as engraved or personalized items) are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
