We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Products must be in resellable condition.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
Contact our support team at info@rovattibrand.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason.
Our team will guide you through the next steps, including pickup (if applicable) or return address details.
Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
Return shipping for international orders is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
