At Rovatti Brand, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review the details below to understand our shipping procedures, timelines, and conditions.


📦 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar)

  • Selected International Destinations


⏱️ Delivery Timeframes

We process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Estimated delivery times:

  • UAE: 1–3 business days

  • GCC: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–12 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Please note: Delivery times may vary during promotional seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.


💸 Shipping Charges

  • UAE: Standard shipping on all orders of AED 30. 

  • GCC & International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Duties and taxes (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery by your local customs office.


🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment status in real time.


🚨 Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier disruptions, public holidays, or unforeseen events beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.


🛑 Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to receive, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
